Many people seek therapy when they feel overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of how to move forward—whether due to anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, relationship stress, or life transitions. Diana provides a supportive space where children, adolescents, and adults can feel heard and understood as they work toward meaningful change.
Diana’s approach is grounded in building a strong, trusting therapeutic relationship. She aims to create an environment where clients feel comfortable, respected, and genuinely cared for, while also receiving practical tools and guidance. Sessions are collaborative and conversational, helping therapy feel less like a clinical experience and more like a supportive relationship where you can safely explore what you’re going through.
Diana has experience working across the lifespan with concerns related to trauma, neurodivergence, emotional regulation, identity development, and everyday stressors. I also provide affirming, inclusive care and strive to meet clients where they are without judgment.
Outside of the therapy room, Diana value staying active, creative, and connected to the things that bring people joy. I enjoy fitness, training in jiu jitsu as a white belt, performing improv at a local theater, and spending time camping and boating with my family. She also enjoy music, watching ghost hunting shows, and all things Marvel—along with trying new activities and experiences.
Diana’s goal is to help clients feel less alone in what they’re facing, build confidence in themselves, and move toward a life that feels more balanced, connected, and aligned with who they are.
