Kelsey Romanoff
Kelsey Romanoff is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor. She received her Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology, as well as her Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science, at Trinity Christian College. Kelsey works with a range of age groups and enjoys primarily working with adolescents, teenagers, and young adults. She works with a variety of concerns including but not limited to: anxiety, social anxiety, depression, work and life balance, boundaries, relationship and social issues, stressors, spiritual needs, life transitions, behavioral difficulties, and more.
Kelsey believes that every individual has a purpose and emphasizes the need to feel valued and balanced. She uses Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Mindfulness, imagery, art and music, Person-Centered Therapy, among other techniques and tools. Kelsey prioritizes and promotes self-care, improving confidence, and understanding oneself on a more meaningful and deeper level. Kelsey also works with clients to create and sustain healthy boundaries and achieve greater self-awareness. Ultimately, Kelsey’s goal is to meet each client where they are at in their own journey. It is her passion to encourage, empower, and equip clients to seek purpose, insight, healing, and meaning in their lives.
